I realize I'm three days late posting December's menu, but I think I get a pass considering how busy I am right now. Cookie walk has taken over my kitchen and I'm ready to call it quits!! Cookie count is 27 + dozen and I'm not done yet.
So, blogging and facebook time to reward myself while I give the oven a rest and let other appliances run for a while. Old house and all that......

4- Soup and bread- from the freezer
5- Take out- Isaac is requesting anything, as long as it didn't come from our kitchen
6- Chef salads and sandwiches
7- Roasted chicken, potatoes, carrots, applesauce
8- Chicken noodle soup
9- Leftovers
10- Lasagna, garlic toast, broccoli
11- Christmas party
12- Beef roast, mashed potatoes, corn, biscuits
13- Burgers, fries, mixed veggies
14- French dip, mac n cheese, green beans
15- Salmon patties, rice packet, glazed carrots, fruit kebobs
16- Stir fry with fried rice and ramen
17- Pork chops, twice baked potatoes, side salads
18- Empanadas, fiesta corn
19- Christmas party
20- Leftovers
21- Meatballs stroganoff over mashed potatoes, broccoli
22- Sandwiches, chips
23- Pizza Ranch take out
24- Christmas party
25- Pork loin, roasted potatoes and carrots, biscuits, fruit salad
26- Christmas party
27- Frozen pizzas
28- Tavern, chili fries, carrots and celery with ranch
29- Fajitas, nachos
30- Soup
31- Appetizers: chicken wings, pizza bites, chips and salsa, fruit and dip, veggie tray, tortilla rolls
I'm not going to have the time to break down the shopping list this month, but if anyone wants a recipe that isn't linked, I'd be happy to share!
I was also going through some of my old recipes, and came across this goody: Ravioli Lasagna
This would be a perfect cheater meal to lasagna when you don't have the full time to prep and bake it!
