Anyone else love browsing through cookbooks? I have spent hours of the past couple days looking through "healthy" recipes in all the cookbooks I own, some from my parents, and lots of Pinterest finds.
I put together my April Menu with the 21 Day Fix in mind. Once we get started there may be some tweaking, but I feel confident about our plan to start.
Grocery shopping was done childless and I picked up some items that are new to us:

- Whole wheat flour
- Milled flaxseed
- Whole wheat spaghetti noodles
- Shrimp
- Greek yogurt
Other items that aren't new to us, but aren't on our normal weekly list:
- Mushrooms
- Red leaf lettuce
- Avocados
- Whole wheat bread
- Whole wheat tortilla shells
- Almonds
- Tuna
- Wild rice
- 10# tube of ground beef
Thank goodness for Fareway and sale ads! The past two weeks I've saved over $20 on my big weekly shop by taking advantage of sale prices, match ads, and coupons. Lately I've also had to make another trip for things we've run out of, or wanting to get more from a certain sale before it ends. #momofboys #hollowlegs ....Anyone else? :)
