Sydney is in 7th Grade this year. She's still playing flute and experienced her first time marching in a parade! She did really good; it takes a lot of coordination to march in step and play an instrument at the same time! This year she's able to try out for team sports so she's going to try Track & Field in the Spring. Bring on the hard, long, tiring practices!
I pray you both have great years at school! I pray for you daily; and your teachers, your helpers, your classmates, your bus drivers, and your school officials too. May your hands and feet be like that of Jesus and your words and thoughts be pleasing to the Lord. Your mama (and daddy) loves you very, very much!
This year Eli started Preschool! He's so excited and to date his favorite thing about it is "playing."
Kendall took a long lunch to come with me to drop off Eli on his very first day. What a special treat! Of course Eli could have cared less if we were there; he was ready to play and barely had time to give us hugs before running off.
