Monthly Menu: November 2018

Happy Tuesday everyone! Isaac and I are chilling at home. Day 2 with a stomach bug for the little dude :( I guess all sorts of sick stuff going around right now, so prayers out to everyone else dealing with this too. All this extra time at home with a napping kid (3 naps yesterday!) left me with some extra time to plan ahead for the next month. Monthly Menu: November 2017

Hi friends. How has your month been? It's the 23rd and I'm back to meal planning! I definitely need to stick with a plan, for the sake of my budget and my waist line! Here's the tentative plan. I have the freezer pretty well stocked right now, so I'm hoping our grocery bills can handle this month better than it did the beginning of October....yikes! That's what I get for not planning ahead. And shopping with an empty stomach. And having a couple of birthday parties :D If you haven't been to Pumpkinland yet, GO! It's one of our family traditions and we ALWAYS have a great time picking out pumpkins from the patches, scaring each other in the corn maze, petting the animals, and seeing how much the boys grow each year. We've had some dreary days this past week and that has me wishing for more of springtime and digging in the dirt! The boys have been hounding me about planting their gardens because they are just so excited to see something grow. We picked out flower seeds yesterday and are waiting to see which veggies we'll plant. This is only year 2 for our gardening adventures, so if you have some great, green tips send them my way! On to the main point.
