1 cup of (leftover) mashed potatoes. You can also use instsant or make some mashed potatoes just for this treat, it doesn't have to be leftover.
Add enough flour to make dough (pie crust consistency). I used 1 1/8 cup.
Roll into tortilla-like blobs on a floured surface with a floured rolling pin. Or you can use a biscuit cutter and make them circles. My stomach has no preference in shape!
Fry on a hot griddle, flip and fry the other side.
Spread some butter.
Sprinkle some cinnamon/sugar.
Roll up and eat while they're still warm.

Mmmmmmm now THIS is comfort food.
