S'more Cups

I love s'mores! I am antsy and excited for the first s'more of the summer and after that.....there's no stopping me!
I am picky about my mallows, so making this treat in the house was perfect for my tastebuds!



Ingredients (modified from the original post)
1 1/4 cup finely crushed graham crackers
1/4 cup powdered sugar
6 TBsp butter, melted
12 large marshmallows, cut in half
Chocolate chips

Stir crumbs, sugar and butter together until well mixed, shape into cups in mini muffin tin. (This is where I borrowed my mom's tart shaper-AWESOME!) Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes or until it's taken a darker brown color and the edges have stopped bubbling.
Take out of oven and put 6 chocolate chips in each cup, top with half a large marshmallow, then put back in the oven for another 2-3 minutes.
While they mallows are getting ooey-gooey, melt 1/2 cup chocolate chips in the microwave.
Cool the cups for 3-5 minutes, then spread some of the melted chocolate on top.

Set far away and try to forget about them or you'll be ready to devour the whole pan!

My sister said they needed some PB in the graham mix, so I'll make sure to tweak them for her tastes and try to keep myself paced. 6-7-8..... half the pan? ;) That sounds good to me.
