I think that's the word to describe things around here. Unfortunately, it doesn't apply just to my house but my mind as well. I can't seem to focus on one thing and am bouncing all over the place. Summer so far hasn't been kind to my family and I'm asking for a break. Please? Let this weekend be it!
I've been trying to get chores done and house clean for a week now. Thursday we're packing up the camper and heading out! We like to stay close to home and enjoy our time outdoors. Kendall hopes to get a round of golf in Saturday and I let him as it is Father's Day on Sunday. (Hope you haven't forgotten the day, or your dads for that matter!) While he's out, the boys and I will enjoy long naps and maybe some swimming. It's a little tough to take 2 under 2 swimming at the same time :S
Even now my mind can't concentrate enough to decide on just one topic and write full sentences about that. I guess that's my cue to pick up toys, make supper, finish laundry, make my lists, and vacuum Eli's smashed animal crackers. Oh, motherhood, you and I never have a dull day!
Maybe things will quiet down enough to bake the chocolate cake I've been craving :)
