I feel so wasteful buying new pairs when what we have still fits, so I found a cheap solution at WalMart last month. "Outdoor Restore" is an adhesive backed synthetic fabric that can be used to patch holes in outer-wear, tents, etc. I cut my squares to size, removed the paper backing, and applied to the hole-y snow pants. That was it! The boys have tested them out multiple times over Christmas break and the patches have held each time. I call that a mom-win! :)
