I just love Tulip Festival. I never take enough pictures and always regret it, but the memories are great.
Confession time. This was the first year I have ever (in all my 20 years of Iowa-hood) scrubbed streets. My only suggestion is that it NOT take place directly during naptime. haha!
That little 3 year old has never thrown more tantrums than that day. He was a trooper and made it the whole parade route without me having to carry him. Big brother loved being able to play in the water.
And, MOMFAIL moment of TF'14. I forgot to pose for pictures by the tulips!! Those would have been ridiculously adorable, just sayin'.
If you didn't make it this year put it on your calendar for next year! Every 3rd weekend in May.
