T25 Update

Hi Friends. I have a confession. I haven't stuck with my workout routine. I know, I know. I have legit excuses in the form of illness. Fevers. Coughs. Mucus induced vomiting. And a few calls to our friends, the nurses of OCAHS. The boys and I have been wiped out by these darn bugs. Is it Spring yet????


This week Tuesday I finally put my foot down and jumped on the workout wagon and it's been .....Incredible! I can't believe how much more energy I have after I finish a set. I've been happier, have more stamina and patience, and just feel better.


I follow the modified exercises and I'm able to keep up with almost everything, like 95% of each routine. I'm lacking significant coordination to get a few moves right so I make something up or repeat a move that's already been done that works the same muscle group.


Physically there are no signs of progress, but I'm ok with that. I didn't expect to see any changes after a week. Especially since I've downed many a sugar-loaded snack this week......oops! I have my reasons and maybe next week will be better.


Weight Lost: Maybe 1 pound? My scale is so old and unreliable I can't tell.
