Breakfast Pizza

 

Super easy, super yummy. Dare I say healthy? No.....probably not but I can think of ten other breakfasts that would be worse on the health-o-meter.

Why don't I make this more often?
Kendall and Eli wondered the same thing......
 
 
Ingredients:
 
1 tube crescent rolls
6 eggs, scrambled
Breakfast meat of choice: sausage, ham bits, bacon crumbles..... or any combo of those
Shredded mozarella and cheddar (2 cups total)
salt and pepper to taste


 
 
Instructions:
 
Scramble eggs on the stove (because microwave eggs are yucky) and set aside. Roll out crescent dough on a greased pan.  Top with scrambled eggs, meat, and cheese. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes or until crescent edges are golden and cheese is melted.
 
 
Don't judge the condition of my baking sheet. It's had years of love baked into it that adds some extra flavor with each go-round in the oven ;)
