Here's what I've been making by the JUMBO cupfull this summer.
Brew a pot of coffee, let it cool. Keep it in the fridge. Fill your cup with ice-more than half full. Pour coffee over ice. Splash with 2-3TBsp of cream. I have regular, but flavored coffee creamers would be delicious. I'm thinking of the Almond Joy kind from International Delight. ooooo so yummy. Stir in 1TBsp of sweetened condensed milk. Lick the spoon clean. Sip with a straw-it's just more fun that way.
You'll find more ways to change the flavors on this, but I can't see how you can go wrong. Chocolate syrup, cool whip, caramel sauce, vanilla, cinnamon....the combinations are endless!
