Eli loves to be in the kitchen with me- no matter what we're doing.
We baked these fish this week and he was so proud that he helped! He even brought them with to show Grandma Becky one day :)
He also makes a note of telling everyone how I broke them, but oh well. It was so much fun!
Isaac even joined in as long as his attention span allowed.
New Fishy Crayons!
I've been holding on to broken crayons for 2 years and finally decided to do something about them. We took some paper off, cracked them into small pieces, and then put them in a silicone mold. Baked at 250 for 15 minutes and that's when we had problems. :S I should have placed the mold on a baking sheet so it would be easier to remove from the oven. There was some spilling and mixing of colors.
But, for something fun to do together- it was a great craft!
I think we'll make some craft stick picture puzzles next week. :)
