I don't know why I didn't think of these last year for Christmas!
This is seriously the easiest,cheapest,CUTEST gift for a little girl that anyone can come up with. I'm not even kidding. The tulle is a whoppin' $.97/yard at WalMart. Elastic can also be found for less than a $1. Pretty sure I couldn't come up with a cuter $3.00 gift if I tried.
Kendall would kill me if I posted a picture of Isaac wearing this thing...but believe me, there is one somewhere ;) The kid loves to be "pretty". He strutted around the living room waving his hand while we oooohed and aaaahed over him.
